With a team of highly established professionals, Swati started her own NGO called South Kolkata Sannidhya. It focuses on mainstreaming of the survivors and victims of deformities arising from burns and cleft-lip palate, through medical and rehabilitative process. As Hon. Secretary of South Kolkata Sannidhya, she has arrange and attend several workshops, trainings, seminars, conferences, consultations on different related subjects including Disability, SHWWP Act,’13 conducted by at national, state and international level. She also networks with and is a member of Aman & OBR (International), NAWO (National) and Maitree (State level) to advocate against domestic violence and support women’s rights and hence lends active support to victims in distress.
