World Law Alliance

WDE-FICM User’s Council is established to provide dispute management expertise, access to systems and resources prevention and effective resolution and customized development of WDE-FICM systems, rules and procedures among users of dispute settlement services.

Individuals and companies who wish to integrate dispute prevention and effective resolution systems into their management are welcome to join.

Although WDE-FICM dispute resolution services are available to all contracting parties without any membership requirement, membership of the WDE-FICM Users Council provides a number of distinct benefits detailed in the Members’ Benefits section. There are two categories of membership: Individual Membership and Institutional Membership.

Interested parties may apply for membership of the WDE-FICM Users Council by completing our online registration form and submitting the form together with the necessary fees to the WDE-FICM Secretariat.
