The MCN Members Council plays a critical role in the overall development of new approach to Dispute Resolution. The MCN Global Council includes leaders from corporate, civil society, big law and consulting firms and academic institutions. It mission is to serve as a breeding place of new and innovative work to address the growing issues faced by companies and communities as they seek to enhance their ability to implement a more thoughtful approach to all forms of dispute resolution.

Potential work spans all levels of need, including general support for first-time implementation of dispute resolution solutions, and targeted subject matter and industry-specific projects designed to address more advanced and/or specialized needs.

As an integral part of its work, MCN’s Council works with MCN’s internal and external stakeholders to enhance MCN’s ability to develop new programs and tools that address member needs.
